Media Recipes
"Luria-Bertani" (LB) Medium:
Per liter: 
10 g tryptone
5 g yeast extract
5 g NaCl
1 L dH20
If making plates:
16 g agar 
1 mL antifoam



"Davis-Mingioli" (DM) Minimal Medium
Per liter:
7g Potassium phosphate (dibasic trihydrate)
2 g Potassium phosphate (monobasic anhydrous)
1 g Ammonium Sulfate
0.5 g Sodium Citrate
1 L dH2O

After autoclaving add:
1 mL 10% Magnesium Sulfate 
1 mL 0.2% Thiamine (Vitamine B1)
For DM25 glucose, the standard medium used for the LTEE, add 0.25 mL 10% glucose. Any other sugar may be added at any other concentration one might wish.
